To access our services, you’ll need to complete the appropriate referral form. We have three different forms depending on the type of service required and how the referral is being made.

Forms should be completed at least one week before your desired start date

Supervised Referral Form

This form is appropriate when:

Family time has been ordered by a court

Social services have requested supervised family time

There are safety concerns requiring professional supervision

Legal professionals are making the referral

This form is appropriate when:

Parents agree that supervision would be beneficial

Families want professional support during family time

There are no court orders but supervision is desired

Parents are working toward rebuilding trust

Supported/Handover Referral Form

Supported family time in neutral venues

Handover services between parents

Less intensive supervision arrangements

Temporary support while building confidence

How to Make a Referral

Our referral process is designed to ensure we understand your needs and can provide the most appropriate support for your family.

Initial Contact

Call us on 01792 470003 to discuss your situation and confirm we can accommodate your requirements.

Complete Form

Download and complete the appropriate referral form at least one week before your desired start date.

Pre-Visit Appointments

Both parents must attend mandatory pre-visit appointments to understand procedures and see facilities.

Sessions Begin

Family time sessions will be scheduled once pre-visits are complete and arrangements are finalized.
